Rouen ducks originated in Rouen France. Today they are the second most popular breed of duck in America. They look like Mallard ducks but are a larger which prohibits flight. You can tell a Rouen duckling from a Mallard by a second stripe beneath the eye of the Rouen duckling. They are great pets and are also raised for eggs and meat.
